TURNKEY PROJECTS

M/S. Global Enviro Technologies focuses more on the turnkey projects and undertakes Design, Engineering, Construction, Supply, Installation and Commissioning and Performance guarantee of Sewage treatment & reclamation plants (STP), Wastewater Treatment plants (WWTP), Industrial Effluent treatment & recycling plants (ZLD), Drinking Water Treatment plants in South India. GET has completed many projects in Water and Waste water treatment in South India in a short period and these plants are performing well and meeting the respective Pollution Control Board standards for the last several months.

WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS

The wastewater generated from the Institutions/ Colleges, Hospitals, Apartments, Households are collected through network of drains and conveyed to the Sewage treatment plants for further treatment for removal of suspended solids and dissolved organic solids to meet the Pollution Control Board Discharge Standards (PCB). The treated wastewater can be reused for Gardening, Fish culture, Irrigation and Toilet flushing purposes. The dried sludge cakes from Sludge drying beds can be used as manure for Gardens and Horticulture purposes.

DRINKING WATER RO TREATMENT SYSTEMS

The drinking water Reverse Osmosis system is commonly used for removing dissolved solids and other impurities present in water before drinking and cooking purposes. The pretreatment systems such as micron filter and activated carbon filter is used for trapping the suspended particles >5micron and organic chemicals & chlorine respectively. The pretreated water is passed through reverse osmosis (RO) membrane which is a thin film composite membrane (TFM or TFC) in High pressure usually 30 to 250 Psi. Finally, the product water is passed through an ultra-violet lamp for disinfection of any microbes that escaped filtering by the reverse osmosis membrane. The product water after final UV disinfection is used for drinking and cooking purposes and also for industrial applications.

SEAWATER DESALINATION PLANTS

Sea water reverse osmosis (SWRO) is a reverse osmosis desalination membrane process that has been commercially used for removing dissolved solids and other impurities present in water for drinking water purposes and industrial use. The pretreatment systems such as sand filter and activated carbon filter is used for trapping the suspended particles and organic chemicals & chlorine respectively. The pretreated water is passed through micron filters for removal of any suspended solids >5micron and passed through reverse osmosis (RO) seawater membrane which is a thin film composite membrane (TFM or TFC) in High pressure usually 40–70 bar (600–1000 psi) for seawater. Finally, the product water is passed through an ultra-violet lamp for disinfection of any microbes that escaped filtering by the reverse osmosis membrane. The product water after disinfection is used for drinking and cooking purposes and also for industrial applications.

 

ULTRA FILTRATION PLANTS

Ultrafiltration is a water treatment process that uses a hollow fiber or a sheet membrane to mechanically filter water containing very small particulate. An ultrafiltration drinking water system uses this fine membrane technology to filter particulate down to 0.025 microns particles. An ultrafiltration system will get rid of any suspended particulate larger than 0.025 microns. That means it can filter out inorganic solids, viruses, and bacteria because of their size. But ultrafiltration system can’t remove dissolved minerals like a reverse osmosis system. Therefore, the ultra-filtration system can be good at filtering anything that’s a solid, but not as good at removing dissolved solids.

UV disinfection system

ULTRA-VIOLET DISINFECTION SYSTEMS

UV disinfection is used for drinking water disinfection, process water disinfection, treated wastewater disinfection, and surface water disinfection. UV disinfection is effective at wavelengths from 200nm to 300nm. The UVC radiation has strong bactericidal effect and it is absorbed by the DNA, destroys its structure and inactivates living cells. Therefore, the microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria, yeasts and fungi are rendered harmless within seconds by UV radiation.

DE-MINERALIZATION PLANTS

The demineralization plants are two-column systems, where the water first passes through a cation exchange column and then next passes through an anion exchange column. Mineral ions such as cations of sodium, calcium, iron, copper, etc and anions such as chloride, sulphate, nitrate, etc are common ions present in Water are removed. Because the majority of Water impurities are dissolved salts, deionization produces a high purity Water that is generally similar to distilled Water, and this process is quick and without scale buildup. Demineralized Water System finds wide application in the field of steam, power, process, and cooling.
